This is a traditional method of building pools wherein concrete is sprayed onto the steel reinforcement to achieve a water-tight pool shell. This method is well suited for pools that have very inorganic shapes and/or have inbuilt structure such as Gazebo, equipment room, water play equipment etc. Spraying of the concrete mix ensures a joint free structure which is very dense with no honey combing or air pockets. Combined with 2 layers of Cementitious waterproofing on top, this process gives you a sound and water tight pool shell with a minimum 10-year warranty!
With everything going the Pre-Formed way in the construction industry why not Pre-Formed pools? These pools are manufactured in the factory under strict supervision and controlled environments to ensure perfect contruction conditions. The composite structure of the pool consists of Glass Fibre reinforced Plastic (GRP/Fiberglass), epoxy laminate and is finished with Porcelain mosaic tiles. Once installed, they look no different from a traditional gunite concrete pools and last as long or even longer. They come with a 10-year warranty as well.
